We encourage our members to bring their family and friends along. We also offer a welcoming atmosphere to anyone who wants to start exercising but just doesn’t know where to begin. Big box gyms can be intimidating to many folks just starting out. You will find members of all walks of life. Although our most common demographic is people 55 and up, we have members that range from 18 to over 100!
